Who We Are

The name says it all. We have a love for a country that we had to leave behind, like so many others.

It’s funny though, wherever the road took us we'd be drawn to fellow South Africans. That moment, you know the one...when walking down the street and someone spoke English with that distinct accent [only distinct to us though, because nobody else seems to be able to identify it correctly :P] or dropped the mother load, an AFRIKAANS word. I’d stop in my tracks and do a 180. I'd awkwardly approach the person and we'd mutually freak out when we realize we're both former Saffers.

The quick chat might sometimes be followed by a “Braai” or just a warm-fuzzy feeling and a smile as you walk away. That’s what we hope to do with our brand, we want you to have that feeling when you wear it. It’s not just your run of the mill themed apparel. Every piece has been carefully sourced and expertly decorated so you can get your “South African” on abroad like the proud Saffers we are.
